If a job fails, do I lose my credits?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits are set aside when a job starts and spent only when a result is delivered. If the job fails after its automatic retries, or you cancel it, they return to your balance automatically.

Who owns what I upload and what comes out?

You keep your rights in what you upload, and you own the models generated for you, subject to our Terms and to any third-party rights in your input. Commercial use is included on plans that offer it; on the Free plan, models are for personal, non-commercial use.

Question 3

Who can see my photos and models?

Accepted Answer

Only you, until you share a link or publish a model to the gallery. Files are delivered through short-lived signed links, photo metadata such as GPS location is removed on upload, and we don't use your private uploads or models to train machine-learning models.

What exactly do I download?

Accepted Answer

Every model starts as a GLB with PBR materials, and GLB downloads are on every plan. In the Editor you can convert to OBJ and STL and build an LOD pack; which of those you can download depends on your plan.

Simplify or Quad retopology: which one do I need?

Accepted Answer

Simplify lowers the triangle count and keeps the mesh made of triangles; it can re-bake the textures onto the lighter mesh. Quad retopology rebuilds the surface as quads, unwraps new UVs and bakes fresh PBR textures. Choose Simplify for a lighter file and Quad retopology for clean, editable topology.

What do the Sample, DEMO and Diagram labels mean?

Samples are free CC0 models from Poly Haven or models we built by hand, included so you can try the viewer and the Editor; they are not AI results. DEMO marks results from the demo engine, which runs when no GPU is connected and makes simple reliefs without AI. Diagram marks drawings that explain a step; they are not results.

Question 7

Why does AI Concept say “Setup required”?

AI Concept first turns your text into an image with an external image generator, then builds the model from that image. Until the site admin connects one, it shows “Setup required”. Signed-in members can add their own OpenAI key in Account; it's stored encrypted and used only for their own requests.

How long will I wait for a model?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the quality mode and on how many jobs are queued, so we don't promise a time. The studio shows your place in the queue and live progress, and the job keeps running if you leave the page.

Question 9

What do I need on my computer or phone?

Accepted Answer

Only a recent browser. You use the studio, the viewer and the Editor in your browser, while generation and Editor operations run on our server. The 3D viewer needs WebGL, which most current desktop and mobile browsers support.
